Caramel & Coffee-Toffee Pie


  • - 1 cup of Mallow Tree caramel flavoured mallow balls
  • - 1 cup of milk
  • - 1 cup of whipping cream
  • - 1 ready cooked pie crust
  • - 1 cup of toffee pieces
  • - 1 teaspoon of coffee
  • - 1 cup of chocolate sauce, for serving


Mix the Mallow Tree caramel flavoured mallow balls and milk in a large saucepan. Cook, stir constantly, until the marshmallows have melted. Remove from the heat and mix in the toffee pieces and the coffee.

Let the toffee pieces melt slightly, then transfer to the refrigerator until thickened, but not set, 20 minutes.

Beat the whipping cream to stiff peaks. Stir the cream into the marshmallow mixture. Spread the mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours.
